Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping charges. We do not charge, and you are solely responsible, for taxes and duties of any sort. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders. In addition, if we believe an order is false or fraudulent, we reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities.
PAYMENT METHODS. For online orders, we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to invalid payment method, declined credit, expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment. For certain payment methods, you may be charged a processing fee, foreign exchange/translation fee (international orders) or other fees; you are solely responsible for the payment of any such fees. CBD Market Direct is not responsible for any charges, errors or losses that may result from any payment method used by you for the purchase of our products
We have a 30-day return policy on Vaporizers and other Hardware if defective or damaged in shipping, but not if damaged due to your handling. We accept returns on hemp-based products if they are unopened, unused, and in excellent condition.
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact customer support by email: firstname.lastname@example.org for a return request. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved, you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. Any refund, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
RMA Number: Upon approval of your return, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You must obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization Number and submit it with your return to be credited.
Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We will also email you with troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting steps are required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.
Any Cosmetic Damage from the Manufacturer Must Be Reported Within 48 Hours of Delivery.
You may not return consumable item. This includes but is not limited to: all liquid products, coils/pods, cartridges, batteries, and other consumables. Any item deemed consumable is non-refundable if opened.
You will be responsible for shipping charges for non-defective returns. All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. When your original shipping was free, our cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refunded amount.
A 15% RETURN PROCESSING FEE WILL BE APPLIED ON RETURNS THAT ARE:
- Returns that are opened and/or non-defective.
- Returns that show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
- Returns that are not cleaned and emptied prior to return.
PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Promotional items are listed as final sale. If the promotional item is deemed defective, store credit or refund will be the only options. Promotional items will not be replaced. If other items from a promotional sale order are returned, the promotional item must be returned. If the promotional item is not returned, the non-promotional price of the item will be deducted from your compensation.
If either customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reason, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non-refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.
Note: If utilizing an approved Prepaid Card, CBD Market Direct will attempt to refund the payment method within the scope of our refund policy. CBD Market Direct is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event that the cardholder no longer has possession of the Prepaid Card utilized in the transaction.
